Lunno provides sleep sounds, sound mixing, a baby audio monitor, and optional night light features. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Preferences: Favorites, timer settings, and presets stored on your device.
- Purchases: Subscription status via Google Play, Apple App Store, and RevenueCat (we do not store card details).
Device permissions
- Microphone (baby monitor): Only when you start baby-side monitoring to stream audio to a paired parent device. Not used for cry detection or server recording.
- Camera (parent device): Only when you scan a QR code to pair devices. We do not record or upload video.
- Notifications: Optional reminders and foreground notification while baby monitor is active.
Automatically collected
- Analytics: Firebase Analytics (anonymous usage).
- Crash reports: Firebase Crashlytics.
- Advertising: Google AdMob may collect ad-related identifiers.
2a. Baby monitor & Firebase
We use Google Firebase Cloud Firestore to exchange short-lived session data (room codes, WebRTC signaling) between two devices. We do not store baby audio on our servers. Use the monitor only on a trusted Wi‑Fi network.

4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect data:
- Google Play: App distribution and in-app purchases
- RevenueCat: Subscription management and analytics

- Firebase (Google): Analytics, crash reporting, and Firestore for temporary baby-monitor pairing (no audio stored)
- Apple App Store: Distribution and in-app purchases on iOS

5. Data Storage and Security
Most preferences stay on your device. Baby monitor pairing uses Firebase only for connection signaling, not for storing audio. We apply reasonable safeguards; no method is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can manage ad preferences in your device settings and request data deletion by contacting us.
7. Children
Our app may be used by parents for babies and children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parental controls and supervision are recommended.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or our website.
