1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Lunno, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Lunno provides sleep sounds, a baby monitor feature, and a night light. Some features require a Premium subscription or one-time purchase.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use Lunno only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the app in any way that could harm, disable, or impair it
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Resell or redistribute the app or its content without permission
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat. Payment, billing, cancellation, and refunds are subject to the applicable store's policies. We do not store your payment card details.
4a. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Lunno Premium)
Lunno Premium is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions, and as an optional one-time lifetime purchase. Subscription titles, lengths, and prices are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.
- Lunno Premium Monthly — 1-month auto-renewing subscription
- Lunno Premium Yearly — 1-year auto-renewing subscription (may include a free trial where offered)
- Lunno Premium Lifetime — one-time, non-renewing purchase
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device account settings (on iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).

5. Baby Monitor Disclaimer
The baby monitor feature is not a replacement for adult supervision. Always ensure a responsible person is available when using this feature. We are not liable for any incidents related to unsupervised use.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Lunno is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
